Spy Shots: Audi A6 Avant plays in the snow

We have just had from the first stint behind the wheel of the new 2012 Audi A6 sedan, intended to come to North American soil this fall. And while Audi forward on the hybrid version of its stylish new four-door, the German automaker has been discovered in testing the faithful car variant, which are likely to arise later this year (IAA sounds about right).

We are excited about the new A6's new styling with the larger rear hand works, although it seems that Audi with a rakish tailgate design (limiting the usefulness of the hold?). Be performed to expectations, Interior and Powertrain fittings to unchanged from the sedan.

Audi A6 Avant has always been offered here in the United States, we have not much reason to doubt that this new iteration will also be sold Stateside. First Drive: 2012 Audi A6

Audi is on a roll. Need proof? Those who do not openly or secretly lust after an R8 Spyder? Would any of us a little kick with an RS badge in our garage? Did not think so. Audi sales are growing due to their products. The German car manufacturer recently broke the 100,000 unit sales mark in the States, with calendar year 2010 sales by 23 percent compared to 2009. The all-new 2012 Audi A6 - due in U.S. showrooms in September - to continue the aggressive expansion of the manufacturers to plan product and portfolio revival. Now we want to know if there good enough to even more buyers into the Audi A6 family.The debut at the Detroit auto show was to see everything and to bring no play. So for the latter, we traveled to Sicily, where we are on the A6 saw new lines in the daylight and it became even clearer that the Audi designers in Ingolstadt, the sedan styling brought in-line with the automaker developing corporate design language.

The extra space between the axles directly benefit roominess.Significant interior changes in the hybrid steel and aluminum unibody allow weighing less than 3,500 pounds of 2012, a comparatively small number for a 16 + foot mid-range luxury sedan. Although the new car is slightly larger and has more features than the previous-generation A6, the weight is down by modest amounts in most model-to-model comparisons. Aluminum is more than 20 percent of the body, while lighter hot-shaped steel, a high strength to weight ratio, are in the areas of the passenger compartment in front of the vehicle used to increase the safety of passengers.

As Audi plants struggle to meet demand, buyers wait months for cars

The Volkswagen Group aims to be number one in worldwide sales, selling luxury and hopefully profits. To auto sales may reach zenith but Volkswagen have to make room for more Audi production.

Bloomberg reported that Audi fight to the demand for A3 and A6 will meet with the buyers to wait for three four months ago, take delivery of these models. Audi sales chief Peter Schwarzenbauer says Bloomberg that his factories running at full speed and that, if sales continue to grow, it is "hard to say how long it could take to reduce the waiting times."

So why not leave Audi car buyers for the likes of BMW and Mercedes-Benz? The line for other luxury makes in Germany can be as long. All three automakers reported record sales in January, and that's with the buyers waiting up to six months for hot new vehicles like the new BMW X3. While all three German luxury struggle to keep up with demand, experts say Audi is the most difficult point, with waiting times of up to two months longer than its competitors.

The Volkswagen Group is the problem in time? Since Audi reportedly contributed 47 percent of the total gains from VW for the last nine months should be eager to take execs about their cash cow.
