Will you have to pay for returning half-charged rental EVs?

Enterprise Rent-A-Car will soon offer customers a variety of electric vehicle options from the Coda Nissan sedan and the Chevrolet Volt Leaf. Which begs an interesting question from our brothers-from-another-mother made at Engadget - If an electric car or plug-in hybrid returned without a full charge, we are charged?

At this stage, Enterprise (the largest car rental company in North America) no plans for electric cars need a juice fast charging. Enterprise is charging stations installed on site and returned the vehicles to get a new batch of electrons. Hope to see other owners and adopt the same policy, but time will tell.
