Infiniti takes us behind the scenes in World's Fastest Hybrid vid

Nissan apparently wants to get as much mileage as the "Duel" can be staged between its Infiniti M Hybrid and the Porsche Panamera S Hybrid. You will remember the location where the ribs M35h through the quarter-mile in less than 14 seconds, ahead of the Porsche hybrid. Infiniti has announced Guinness World Records is the fastest accelerating full hybrid last year, which served as inspiration for the shooting of the online advertising.

Now, a new video posted on YouTube and shows some behind the scenes of the filming of the ad. It's not exactly earth-shattering stuff, like the pieces we found most interesting were the pictures from the camera chase car, other than an Infiniti or a Porsche, but is actually a Mercedes-Benz M-Class.

While we liked the place, the second had others look at us with her go-round. We always wonder about the effectiveness of your brand compared to others when it is made clear, to try and rub some of this gloss on its own competitive identity. And so secure by throwing a name that we associate closely with obesity twins motorcycles? We may get the M hybrid, and we are happy to tend to look at it, but if Toyota really wants to impress, we would like to have some comparisons with competing products to see, like how they on a road course leads, or even how it fits with non-hybrid models.
