Lexus gives us a closer look at the LFA Nürburgring package ahead of Geneva debut

It takes a while to get around the Nurburgring Nordschleife - about seven minutes even in the fastest machines with the best drivers behind the wheel. But apparently it takes longer to work around to releasing a special edition Nurburgring package you go super fast sports cars even more title-friendly.
We are clearly talking about the Lexus LFA Nurburgring package ToMoCo's six-figure V10 supercar with extra kit for track duty. Lexus announced last May that they had to make 50 copies, and the better part of a year later confirmed that the public would finally at the upcoming Geneva Motor Show unveiled. Now less than a week away from its debut, Lexus has given us some additional details and pictures of the cars we saw only three angles so far.
So, what do we need to know? For a start, that extra ten horsepower is not to the Nurburgring package equipped LFA faster acceleration times. Also, a higher top end with. The ten-horse boost is included to the resistance of the huge rear wing to keep the track focused sports car glued to the carousel helps counteract. Even if we know the Ring issue LFA in black (matte or gloss) or orange had could be (as shown), knew, Lexus has also confirmed that the interior are trimmed in all black, black and red, or black-purple (a good game for the orange outside, if you have ever been used as 'Prince' known), and only European customer for any reason, receive the full carbon interior.
There are more details to fill in the press release after the jump, plus a new generation of images in the gallery below. But we will go with another distinctive detail: Lexus offers buyers one-on-one instruction from a "ring-master (or mistress) and one year free admission to lap on the Nordschleife to your heart's content of course, is in the. $ 70,000 bonus mentioned that the Nurburgring package commands to the already high $ 375,000 price of an LFA. Video: Lexus LFA launch control makes start lines disappear quickly

Today it is almost impossible to buy a new super sports cars without launch control, the Lexus LFA 2011 is no exception. It may not be the fastest, with a zero-to-60 time of "only"3.7 seconds to play the LFA is an impressive rubber-footed animal.

The LFA's V10 is challenging its 9500 rpm fuel cut-off as a ghost oni who slides behind the wheel. The video posted after the jump on the clock as the Lexus LFA screws from a starting line with the launch control lending focus its assistance. The driver pushed the car all the way up to 260 kilometers per hour (approximately 163 km / h) to leave before the gas. Click to jump to start over in the clip.

Not Fair: Paris Hilton receives Lexus LFA for 30th birthday

Jealousy is a trait inappropriate ... But sometimes it's hard to ignore. You will have extra work hard to make these feelings when we tell you what has Paris Hilton apparently for her 30th Birthday was buried.

A 2011 Lexus LFA.

Okay, just tilt his head back and breathe. Hilton's CAA is still wearing its factory yellow color, although we would not be surprised to see (and hear) it be through the streets of LA in the color pink very soon. According to the Daily Mail, picked up Hilton's 29-year-old friend, businessman Cy Waits, the V10-powered Lexus two-door and surprised the heir to celebrate her birthday before.

Video: Lexus uses the LFA to teach a swimsuit supermodel about donuts

Nissan may use its Juke to square off with swimsuit-clad supermodels but Lexus is another way to interact with the pretty ladies ... a circle. Photo by Yu Tsai wanted a shot of a Lexus LFA implementation of a donut around model Rianne Ten Haken. He could, I spent some time playing in Photoshop, but decided to record the real thing.

Performing a perfect donut without bumping into the scanitly dressed star of the photo shoot requires serious skill. Rhys Millen, Rod's son and nephew of Steve lends his talented hands and feet so that this trick works without a hitch. You notice that Millen has serious skills, because they say a car will follow your eyes ... and Rhys could somehow his eyes off of Ten Haken. You can stare at the other side, wherever you want if you posted the clips after the jump.

Of course, we should also mention you can use the super-sized version of the picture above right here. Do the right thing.

Lexus to finally debut LFA with exclusive Nürburgring package in Geneva

Usually when an automaker is launching a new car, or even a variant on an existing one, we get a chance to see it up close at a major auto show in a few months at most. But the better part of a year by the time we see the Lexus LFA with the Nurburgring package in the meat will have been.

The track-oriented version of the Toyota luxury division super sports car was released all the way back May 2010, but Lexus has announced until now that they presented to the public at the upcoming Geneva Motor Show in March this year to make. For a quick refresher, is the "Ring LFA-edition upgrades, the 4.8-liter V10 with ten horses to 562 and the switching times of 50 milliseconds to 150. It also gets an enhanced aerodynamics package, all for one $ 70,000 Premium over the "stock" LFA's $ 375k sticker price.

Be offered with only 50 of the total edition of 500 with the package, this could one of our only chances to see the title prep'd LFA in the flesh, so watch this space in a few weeks near the time of live recordings from the Geneva Palexpo show Ground.

Toyota and Lexus show off at Tokyo Auto Salon

You have seen the Toyota iQ GRMN Racing Concept (lucky you!), and now it's time, your attention to the rest of the Japanese automaker biscuits to deflect off at the Tokyo Auto Salon show.

First is the Toyota Prius G Sport Concept could love the kind of gaping maw only the Cylons Mama features. Rounding out the offering is the Toyota Auris TRD GT Concept, which we think actually looks kinda nifty, with its subdued body kit and dazzlingly bright yellow color.

Lexus was not from the process either the left and the machine probably more interesting than its mother ship. There is the F-Sport CT 200h (a future production model) at the center, with its unique alloy wheels, body kit and Recaro seats, which is connected to the IS F Club Circuit Sports Racer and a number of Club Performance Accessories for the IS F that Front and rear spoiler and a carbon fiber hood.

Last but not least, the Gazoo Racing Lexus LFA supercar that last year drove the 24 hour Nürburgring race. See both types of vehicle madness in our high-res image galleries below, then you see all details in the press releases after the break.
