Video: Creative man turns Ford Taurus Wagon into reverse snowplow

Some call it lazy, we call it inventive. Tired of shoveling snow and apparently unable (or unwilling) to purchase a truck plow or hand-held snow blowers, Jeff Schneider of Minnesota is the only logical thing he could: mount a blade on the rear bumper of his Ford Taurus Wagon. Ingenuity - It's the American way, right?

It seems that the small change did the trick ... mostly. In heavy, wet snow, the two-wheel-drive is (we would say front-wheel drive, but it's back, after all) Taurus can not simply require the kind of traction to a few hundred pounds you push the fluffy white stuff does not real distance. But when the snow is soft and powdery stuff well, look, snow plows.

See Schneider ingenious solution to the Minnesota winter in the video after the break.
