RUF Automobile to test three versions of electrified Porsche 911

Porsche is not the only, electrifying their vehicles. As the production plans for ten tests with three different engine versions documented, one could argue that tuning house Ruf Automobile GmbH has a deeper development program than the famous German auto manufacturer itself.
We had by this time that would be the company offers its Pfaffhausen Greenster or Stormster the public expects, but that does not seem to be the case. What we are instead a data logger equipped swimming pool is being built by eRUF built on the 911 platform with the help of Siemens and the government.
The three Porsche 997 Carrera bodied Petri dishes include a single with an engine bolted a single-speed transmission that juice extracted from a 29 kWh battery. This package is only good for 150 km (93.21 miles) per charge, not the 00-60 dance in an almost respectable seven seconds.
Further, a transversely-mounted twin motor arrangement that an automatic two-speed transmission uses up to 335 hp (250 kW) to get to the rear wheels. With a 36.6 kWh battery in an air-conditioned housing, this little piggy got a Market 200 km (124 miles) away and sprint to 60 mph in a wolf game of five seconds.
The third system repeats the previous motor and battery setup. The main difference is in the gear boxes or we should say, since each engine has its own. It has an independent rear-wheel drive that can take advantage of computer-controlled torque vectoring. Its performance is also compared with the other dual-engine setup, with the exception of a lowered top speed of 180 kph (112 mph) down from 220 kph (137 mph). We hope that what it gains in high speed cornering, it loses.
Reputation is at least one of the new eRUF the upcoming Geneva Motor Show, where we hope that they allow for some hood awareness fun. Hit the jump for all the details released.
