Top Gear picked up for second season, Tanner Foust trading drifting focus for rallycross


Not looking for Tanner Foust around the Formula Drift circuit hang next year. The master of all things sideways announced that he would take a break from the action of the next season to other exploits focus. Namely, those close Foust's television work and participation in Rally Cross. Fans will recall that Foust was campaigning heavily contributed Formula Drift in seven years, and the place to the fact that the man is a household name - at least among the speed-obsessed world. Now he's gone to fight other exploits.

The largest of these is a greater involvement in Top Gear USA. The History Channel has announced that the American version of the ever-popular British show stick around for a second season, and as such Foust must be on site to tolerate flooded Pontiac Fieros drive and Rutledge Wood.

Foust still plans to show up on the Formula Drift Invitational at the Yas Marina Formula One circuit at the end of this month. Hit the jump for the full press release.
