Toyota is in the process of reassessment of the structure of its top management. Eight years ago, there were 58 board members running the show ahead of Toyota, the group cut up to 27 Toyota now plans to reduce its board further by reducing its membership to 17 clock.
After a 2010 filled with recalls and court dates, Toyota is preparing once again their efforts and reduce the number of board members is to be realized for decisions and actions to be much faster. The automaker said the cuts will be announced before its April meeting.
