Dodge Journey gets Pentastar engine, new interior for 2011

As Chrysler continues its efforts to upgrade dramatically the majority of its product portfolio in a short time, we witness a series of updated interior refinement and transmission improvements make their way through the full range of Pentastar vehicles . The big news for most of these vehicles is of better quality interior, and no place is that more apparent than on the 2011 Dodge Journey. Have a look at the cockpit Journey's old and compare them with the news. At first sight only, which seems to be a massive improvement. Updated suspension geometry inner side, the 2011 Journey receives revised, better tires and a steering system overhauled in an effort to make things more exciting driving. In the biggest development of all new Chrysler 3.6-liter V6 Pentastar is under the hood, delivering 283 horsepower and 260 lb.-ft. of torque. V6 models also receive a more aggressive lower front fascia, 19-inch wheels and LED taillights. The price has not been released as of this writing, but we get those details so far the Journey 2011 on sale late this year.
