Top Gear trio spotted filming special in Israel

The guys over at Top Gear have been almost every nook and cranny in Britain and continental Europe traveled in all kinds of train, plane and automobile. They drove to the North Pole, across an active volcano, crossed the Sahara and traveled throughout South America. They drove through Vietnam, Dubai, Japan, the southern United States ... almost everywhere you can think of, really. The exception of Israel. But now they can cross the Holy Land of their collective bucket list reports and photos come from this small country in the Eastern Mediterranean showing Clarkson, Hammond and May taking in the desert sun. Apparently, filming a new episode of the epic series of adventures cross country, the team of Top Gear has been spotted passing westward on the border between Jordan and Israel in a trio of lackluster roadsters Richard in a Fiat Barchetta, a BMW Z3 James and Jeremy in a Mazda MX-5, complete with hookah retrofitted. (Just for tobacco, of course.) Cars seem to be accompanied by a convoy of support vehicles for production crews and camera, and probably had to jump through many hoops to get there that the boundary is generally open only to foot traffic. We'll order some falafel and tuning for Arutz Shtayim soon as we know when the episode airs to see how James, Richard and Yirmiyahu manage to escape from between the Dome of the Rock and a Hard Place. In the meantime, check out the spy shots (courtesy of Forum member-Dark Shadow) in the gallery below and the report (translated) from our friends in Walla! Car more closely at how the guys are alone the restoration of the British Mandate.
