Report: Ford to give out bonuses in 2011, but no merit raises

Ford has been studied in retrospect of the year, with an eye towards how well their members was conducted. The automaker has told his workers that no increases in order, which can be hard to hear. On the other hand, the Blue Oval is creeping back strongly from the financial downturn and is ready to hand out bonuses earned workers.

Profit-sharing payments are still being calculated, and the New York Times estimates that the employee could earn as much as $ 5,000. This is a nice dent in the $ 450 they earned for the fiscal year 2009. Ford has said that the NYT is the estimate a bit high, but we'll see who's right when the checks start rolling out in mid-March.
